Why did I receive a message that reads “temporarily inactive” when I tried to log in?

Answer

After your trial period expires, your membership automatically renews at a weekly rate of $4.99 (13 weeks prepaid) per week, plus taxes in CA.  Your payment must not have processed successfully and therefore your membership was not renewed.  To confirm, please check your credit card or bank account and please also contact us immediately online or via phone at (877) 358-5849 between the hours of 7am – 5pm, M-F (Pacific).
