Why can’t I log in if I was already charged the membership fee?

Answer

As soon as you’re charged the appropriate membership fee, your membership benefits are automatically extended.  There is no delay.   If you’ve already paid and you can’t access your Food Lovers Online account, please contact us immediately.  You can reach us via our support team online or via phone at (877) 353-5435 or (877) FLFL-HELP between the hours of 7am –5pm, M-F (Pacific).  You may also submit an inquiry after hours, or send an email to customersupport@foodloversonline.com.  Please note however that the quickest way to
activate your membership is to contact us directly during work hours.  Inquiries and emails have a turnaround time of 24-48 business hours.
