Why haven’t I received my activation link?


We apologize for the delay.  If you purchased or accepted the trial membership you should have received a “Membership Confirmation” email immediately after placing your order.  Please check your inbox, and all other sub-folders (spam, junk, etc).

If you did not receive this email, please contact our support team by calling 1-877-366-3587 between the hours of 7am – 5pm, M-F (Pacific).  They will be more than glad to resend the activation link since we are unable through this system.
