How to make sure your meal is a "fat loss plate".

When it comes to making sure a certain meal combination is a "fat loss plate" there are a couple of things you will want to pay attention to please note the following:

 

-Your calories are between 250-450 for your main meals

-Your calories are between 150-250 for snacks

-Total fat in your main meals is between 0-17 grams

-Your carbs are between 3-45 grams

-Your protein is 12 grams or higher

 

If your meals our outside of these ranges you will immediately see feedback indicating things like your carbs are "too high" or "not enough protein" etc. To address these issues adjust the portion of the particular component that is causing the issue for example; if you received the message that there is "not enough protein" find the component in your meal that contains the protein and increase the portion or if you don't want to increase it try adding another protein.
